How long will it take for my book to arrive?
Our highest priority is to ensure you get your books fast. We therefore use different shipping methods for different countries worldwide. Please consult our table of shipping methods and estimated shipping times for an estimate of how long your order should take to arrive.

How do I get started with my SEO Audit and/or Keyword Research?
A representative from Wright Consulting Firm will email you a client analyis form in one business day that you will complete so we can perform the SEO Audit and/or the Keyword Research. Both the Audit and Keyword Research generally take about 5 - 10 business days to complete and we will then setup a conference call with you to review the results.

How do I return my purchase and receive my refund?
We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. We would be happy to return your money if you contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
If your purchase included a bundled CD, the CD packet must not be opened if you are returning the book.
Please contact us at Sales Support to arrange for your refund. When you contact us, please let us know the reason you want to return the book, and if there is anything that we can do that may help change your mind.

Each of our books has a 'Corrections & Typos' section on its product page. Please consult the 'Corrections & Typos' section of the book in question. If the error is not listed on that page, please contact Sales Support with details of the error.
How long does shipping take?
United States and Canada
Orders within the United States mainland and Canada are delivered via UPS. You will receive an email when the book is shipped, containing your UPS tracking number. The order will most likely arrive within 6 business days . If you haven't received your order in a timely fashion, or you believe there has been a delivery error, please contact us at Sales Support .
If you live within the United States or Canada, you should ensure that you give a physical address rather than a Post Office Box address. Orders to post office box addresses will be sent via USPS priority mail, rather than UPS. We are unable to provide tracking information for USPS shipments.
United Kingdom
Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped via USPS Global Priority mail and usually arrive within 7 business days .
Other Countries
Orders to other countries are shipped via USPS Global Priority mail or USPS air mail and usually arrive within 7 to 22 business days , depending on the destination country. Global Priority Air Mail is available to most countries. If it is not available to your country, your order will be shipped via air mail.
Do you ship the kits to all countries?
We are unable to ship to Algeria, Ghana, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Mongolia, Morocco, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Tunisia, Uganda, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Viet Nam.
